Logan Knecht
Co-Founder
Operator mindset from 15 years in elevators. Focused on systems, accountability, and building something that lasts.
Logan and Sammi built this company to bring trade-floor work ethic into financial services — with equal partnership, clear systems, and no sugarcoating.
Real work ethic from the elevator floor — accountability before hype.
CRM-first infrastructure so partners are never left figuring it out alone.
Logan & Sammi as equal partners — culture and operations at the same table.
Before financial services, Logan Knecht spent 15 years in the family elevator business — learning how real work gets done: show up, take responsibility, protect the team, and finish what you start.
That background is not a footnote. It is the reason Ironclad emphasizes systems over slogans. Elevators do not care about motivation posters. Neither do clients who need clear guidance, or partners who need real training.
When Logan moved into financial services, he carried the same standard: build infrastructure first, speak plainly about expectations, and treat people like adults who can handle the truth about commission-based work.
Sammi is an equal partner in running Ironclad Wealth Partners. That means culture, operations, decisions, and the day-to-day standard of how the company shows up for people — not a ceremonial title.
Together, Logan and Sammi built Ironclad to be the kind of company they would have wanted when they were learning: transparent about how things work, serious about training, and unwilling to pretend that success is automatic.
We run this as partners because the work — and the people who join us — deserve a full team at the top, not a one-person brand.

Equal partner in leadership — shaping how Ironclad trains, communicates, and supports people who join the team.
These are not marketing phrases — they are how the company is structured.
We run on systems. Follow-up, organization, and client care should not depend on memory or chaos. Infrastructure comes before ego.
We tell people what partnership involves: independent contractor status, commission-based compensation, licensing requirements, and the work ethic expected.
We invest in people who are coachable. If you are willing to learn and put in consistent effort, we believe training should meet you there.
